Hi, I’m Meg Pearson — former TV director turned wellness industry disruptor, now running Rebel Soul Media to help coaches, healers, and spiritual baddies build brands and websites that actually sound and look like them.
With two decades of experience spanning live television, professional writing, holistic entrepreneurship, and brand storytelling, I know how to craft an online presence that turns heads and makes sales without the manipulative marketing BS. I’ve been behind the camera, on the mic, and in the trenches of the wellness world — which means I get both the strategy and the soul it takes to stand out.

Enrolled in Television Broadcasting in college. After two years, I graduated and moved to Toronto to chase big-city dreams.

Stepped out from behind the camera and onto live TV as a wellness expert (pitching myself as my own PR rep!). Transitioned into work as a raw vegan culinary educator and yoga teacher in Toronto while also managing a team of chiropractors, naturopaths, and massage therapists at a busy downtown clinic. Published my first cookbook!

Published three more cookbooks + one children’s book. Launched and scaled a successful coaching and breathwork business, hosted international retreats, and started a podcast.
Climbed the ranks of the TV & multi-media world; starting as a video tape editor, then production assistant, eventually becoming a live studio control room director & associate producer. (Oh, and I designed my very first website during this time!)

Returned to Canada with my husband and two kids. Scaled my online business while pivoting into teaching coaches, healers, and wellness brands how to do the same—building badass businesses that actually work.
Launched a catering company, opened a bakery, and became the executive chef at an internationally renowned retreat center. All of it was built through self-taught entrepreneurial grit and business savvy.
