Services

Rebel Soul Media provides custom web design, branding, and related consulting services.
All project timelines, deliverables, and fees will be set out in your signed service agreement or proposal.

Payments & Refunds
A non-refundable deposit (typically 50%) is required to secure a project start date.
Remaining balances are due as outlined in the proposal/contract.
No refunds will be issued for any services, including deposits, once payment has been made.

Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide all required content, branding assets, and feedback in a timely manner to keep the project on schedule.
Delays in client communication or content delivery may result in extended timelines.

Intellectual Property
Final deliverables (such as completed websites, branding assets, and graphics) become the property of the client once the project is paid in full.

Rebel Soul Media retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio, website, and promotional materials.

Limitation of Liability
While we take every effort to deliver high-quality work, Rebel Soul Media is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or deliverables.

Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving final work before publication.

Website Use
All content on this site (text, images, branding) is owned by Rebel Soul Media and may not be reproduced without permission.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
